Meet the Staff
Our staff are there to serve your every need. Rosie, our cook, is marvelous! She knows what to buy and how to prepare all the native Creole delicacies. Matthew, the gardener, will be happy to give you a tour of the grounds and pick fruit and flowers for you. He will also guide you up the small stream beside the property to the wild bromiliad flowers. Diane is our housekeeper, she will make your beds each day and ensure that all is clean and tidy.



Shingle Cove is under the watchful eye of our private security guard, who works for St Lucias largest security company MIB (Men In Black). He will be on duty from 6pm until 7 am for the comfort of our guests.
